Spending consecutive days above 4,000 meters makes breathing heavier and movement slower. The trek combines steep climbs, valley walks, and glacier trails, making each day unique and memorable.

Why the Trek Is Demanding

The first challenge is high altitude . As we climbed higher, the air felt thinner. Breathing became heavier, our hearts raced, and even simple steps required effort.
