在櫻花樹下的晚餐，戶外飄著倫敦的冬雪。這是倫敦人票選為最浪漫的餐廳，有時候許多事物很難說，這是我在去年就為好友慶生訂下的位子，在 Covent Garden 一旁的街上，一個不起眼的餐廳入口，往往都...
... 會帶給你驚奇，倫敦就是個這麼妙的地方。

菜單上也是櫻花啊...這間餐廳的酒單厚得和課本一樣厚！聽說有許多很少見的名酒...


這個類似庭院的空間沒有太多桌子 (大概只有七張吧)... 裡面的牆上都是玻璃，所以讓空間意外的看起來寬敞。

前菜: Hand Picked Devon Crab & Marjoram Remoulade (Avocado, Grapefruit, Green Apple, Smoked Anchovies Mayonnaise), Seared Wild Scallops (Salted Cod Brandade, Herb Vinaigrette). 主菜: Caramelised Honey Glazed Gressingham Duck Breast (Roasted Red Plum & Endive Meuniere, Ruby Port Sauce), Slow Cooked Fillet of Cornish Cod "Rougaille" (Vermicelli & Shellfish, Iberico Chorizo Sauce). 甜點: William Pear and Frangipane Tart (with Cinnamon Ice Cream), Spiced Golden Pineapple & Alphonso Mango Salad (Coconut Financier & Pina Colada Sorbet) -> 這個我覺得超讚的... 這邊的料理我覺得還滿棒。


櫻花應該是這間餐廳的主題。


連廁所的裝潢也是很 "花" 啊...看起來還滿古典的。


感覺很溫馨的用餐區，還有個壁爐可以取暖。其實這區都是在室內，不過他的設計比較像是想要打造出在戶外花園的櫻花樹下用餐的情境。


當我們走出餐廳時，倫敦下起了今年冬季的第一場雪。
